Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By enrolling with Eduworld India, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Scope of Services

We provide admission consultancy, career counseling, and documentation assistance. While we guarantee genuine guidance, the final decision of admission lies solely with the University based on their eligibility criteria.

2. Accuracy of Information

Students must provide accurate and authentic documents (marksheets, identity proofs). If any document is found to be forged or incorrect, the consultancy will not be held responsible for admission cancellation.

3. Fee & Refund Policy

• The consultancy service fee is non-refundable once the admission process has been initiated with the university.
• University tuition fees must be paid directly to the university’s official bank account.
• In case of visa rejection (for abroad), refund policies of the respective university will apply.

4. Visa Assistance

For international students, we provide full support for visa documentation. However, the granting of a visa is the sole discretion of the Embassy. We do not guarantee visa approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

[Your Consultancy Name] shall not be liable for any changes in university policies, fee hikes by the institution, or changes in government regulations regarding degrees after the admission is processed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
